The amendment incorporates FAR 52.204-8 (Annual Representations and Certifications effective January 2025) and FAR 52.204-29 (Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders Representation and Disclosures, effective December 2023) in full text. Additionally, construction-specific clauses are included, including FAR 52.211-10 establishing work commencement within ten calendar days of Notice to Proceed, with final construction physical completion in 477 days and contract end date in 568 days after NTP. FAR 52.236-4 provides physical data and monthly anticipated adverse weather delay work days based on The Dalles, Oregon weather station data, with the highest anticipated delays in January (4 days) and December (2 days).
