About this file

This document contains a price schedule and priced staffing matrix for a solicitation seeking maintenance, repair, administration, logistics, and training support services. The services are required at multiple locations across the United States from March 2023 to February 2029, including four one-year option periods and a potential six-month extension. Quotes are due by the date and time specified in solicitation W911SA-24-R-3001, which will be issued on December 28, 2024 and posted to SAM.gov. The price schedule outlines pricing for the base period and each option period, including estimated totals for travel. The staffing matrix requires offerors to provide position titles, location, number of FTEs, direct labor rates, health and welfare costs, fully burdened rates, and total burdened costs for each year of performance. It estimates a total of 90 FTEs will be required.
