Q. How do we bid “Evaluate existing chiller for condition, age and possible incorporation into the new 4‐ pipe HVAC system.”
A: There is NO existing chiller at bldg. 844. Contractor shall include in their design a chiller complete for the HVAC system.
Q. How do we bid “Perform a lightning risk analysis. And Lightning protection if required”?
A: Additional lightning protection is not required for the project. The Contractor shall perform a lightning risk analysis. If the Contractor proves that additional lightning protection is required, a modification to the project will be allowed to pay for a new lightning protection complete.
