About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a DC Motor Test Stand project at Red River Army Depot (RRAD). The CDRL specifically focuses on Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, requiring the contractor to develop a detailed, graphical machine-specific LOTO procedure that meets OSHA Regulation CFR 1910.147 standards. The procedure must be printed on durable laminated material suitable for equipment posting, with clearly identified LOTO locations labeled and keyed to the procedure. The contractor must also provide an electronic format compatible with maintenance management systems. The document indicates the LOTO procedure will be submitted one time prior to work start, with a point of contact from Production Engineering Division reviewing the materials within seven working days. The contract is associated with solicitation number W911RQ-25-R-0002, issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal for a new DC Motor Testing Console in building 421-South at RRAD.
