About this file

This Data Item Description outlines reporting requirements for a Non-Tactical Vehicle Utilization report. The contractor must provide a quarterly report to the government detailing the utilization rate of all Non-Tactical Vehicles, calculated as the number of days each vehicle was operated divided by the number of days available per month. The report is compiled monthly and delivered electronically in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. The initial report covers the period from contract award through the end of the first quarter, with subsequent quarterly reports due every three months thereafter. A final report is due within 14 days of contract completion summarizing utilization and providing disposition recommendations.

The related federal contract opportunity seeks base and test support services for the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Hood. Services include administrative support, field test support, data collection and management, test planning documentation assistance, test site preparation and maintenance, vehicle and generator operations and maintenance, data entry and visualization tool use, and operation of government-provided instrumentation.
