About this file

This is a synopsis for the Consolidated Product-Line Management (CPM) Plus acquisition issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Orlando on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation's (PEO STRI's) Project Manager Training Devices (PM TRADE) office. The synopsis provides background on the Live Training Transformation (LT2) Product Line (P/L) strategy implemented in 2001 to build and maintain LT2 P/L systems in support of various Army training through the current CPM Next contract. The CPM Plus approach will continue managing the evolution of the LT2 P/L and provide total life cycle support for programs utilizing the LT2 P/L through a consolidated streamlined approach. The Government intends to issue a Full and Open Competition Request for Proposal for the award of a single-source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with an 8-year ordering period and $883M ceiling value for the CPM Plus effort. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333318 and size standard is 1,000 employees. The anticipated RFP posting is May 2019 with a proposal response date of May 2019 and anticipated award date of January 2020.
