About this file
This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and a synopsis for a federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines eight required deliverables for the Consolidated Product-Line Management (CPM) Plus contract, including a Software Test Plan, Software Design Description, Quality Assurance Program Plan, monthly Progress Report, quarterly Funds Status Report, monthly Integrated Program Management Report, and a Contract Work Breakdown Structure. Delivery due dates, formats, and points of contact are specified for each deliverable.
The synopsis announces a full and open competition for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a maximum value of $883 million over eight years. The U.S. Army Contracting Command will issue a request for proposal in May 2019 to manage the evolution of its Live Training Transformation Product Line. Responses will be due in May 2019, and award is anticipated in January 2020. The effort involves managing system development, architecture, and configuration of over 186 reusable components across 21 fielded products.
