About this file
This document provides details on an upcoming federal contract opportunity for grenade components. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to issue a solicitation on or about June 1, 2020 seeking proposals for grenade bodies, fuzes, and other grenade components. The requirement will result in multiple award, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts with a total value to be determined. Proposals will be evaluated using a best value tradeoff approach, with awards going to one or more contractors. Offerors must be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office to obtain the technical data packages, which contain export-controlled technical information. The Army plans to hold a virtual industry day prior to release of the solicitation. The response deadline will be provided in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about June 1, 2020 via beta.SAM.gov.
