About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for logistics support services at Fort Benning, Georgia. The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline from August 12, 2026, to August 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time. The RFP solicitation number is W519TC-26-R-A041, issued by the Army Contracting Command (ACC) at Rock Island, Illinois, with Michael D. Thune serving as the Procuring Contracting Officer and Alexander M. Wilcox as the Contract Specialist.

The requirement is for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee task order with a 12-month base period (including a 60-day transition-in period), four 1-year option periods, and one 6-month option period, totaling 5.5 years if all options are exercised. This RFP is restricted to offerors holding an Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Program Basic Ordering Agreement by the closing date. The award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process based on four evaluation factors: Technical, Past Performance, Cost/Price, and Small Business Participation. The logistics support services include maintenance, supply, and transportation support. Amendment 0002 revises two attachments to correct formula errors: the CBA-SCA Crosswalk (updated effective dates and removed formulas causing rounding errors in wage rates) and the TD-02 FBGA Workload Data and Density List (updated transactions per year data). The amendment also incorporates three additional contract clauses: RFO FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), RFO DFARS 252.237-7023 (Continuation of Essential Contractor Services), and RFO DFARS 252.237-7024 (Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services). The incumbent contractor is Vectrus Systems LLC.
