The USTs are located between Buildings 208 and 214 and have been mostly purged of all Diesel Fuel (8,000 Gallon Tank) and Gasoline Fuel (6,000 Gallon Tank) with a small amount of fuel left to be emptied (approximately:161 gallons of diesel and 57 gallons of gasoline). cation exchange capacity; deleterious material; pH; and mineral and plantnutrient content of the soil.
1. Testing methods and written recommendations shall comply with USDA's Handbook No. 60.
2. The soil-testing laboratory shall oversee soil sampling, with depth, location, and number of samples to be taken per instructions from Contracting Officer. A minimum of three representative samples shall be taken from varied locations for each soil to be used or amended for planting purposes.
