About this file

This document contains technical exhibits and workload data for logistics services required by the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS seeks a contractor to provide warehousing, transportation, repairs, and other logistics services to support approximately 88,000 employees across 15 campus and computing center locations. The contractor must operate an automated management information and inventory system, while ensuring property is delivered to customers in a timely, safe, and usable condition. Services include recycling and excess property handling; unscheduled pickup and delivery; office, locksmith and moving repairs; and other specialty tasks. By location and year, the exhibits provide average monthly numbers of various services performed to outline the contractor's expected workload. Details include common bulb sizes and quantities at each site, as well as sample work order records and call descriptions.
