If determination is made to repair and store the property, a work order request will be submitted to repair property prior to placing in inventory.

The contractor shall receive and store property into inventory by the part and shall consolidate with other like parts already in inventory. The contractor shall contact the local Sub-COR to notify the Property Analyst/Officer who would be considered the Point-of-Contact (POC) for questions regarding receiving or storing or condition of property. The contractor shall make available to the Sub-CORs a detailed monthly report of all property that has been in storage more than nine (9) months with no activity. If the project is canceled, a work order request will be submitted to return all pulled parts back to available inventory by the part type.

Access to warehouses managed by the contractor is restricted to contract employees, physical security, building management and those with a business case need. Access to the warehouse does not give the authority to add or remove items from inventory or change the inventory in any way.
