About this file
This document outlines specifications for a construction project. Work includes demolishing existing structures, new construction, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, electrical work, asbestos abatement, masonry, and other tasks to upgrade infrastructure for the Fargo VA Health Care System campus. The project aims to modernize IT systems across the facilities while minimizing service disruptions during the phased work. Bidding contractors must follow safety protocols and infection control requirements, and coordinate work with campus operations.
