About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a task order under contract NAS5-01145 for the HSF Network Systems Engineering and Integration Task. The SOW defines the requirements for Near Space Network (NSN) contractor-provided services to manage mission-specific network requirements, assess network readiness, and technically integrate the NSN with Human Space Flight (HSF) mission spacecraft and launch vehicles.

The key tasks include maintaining legacy Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Network Service Requirement Documents (NSRDs), leading the preparation and briefing of Network Requirements Reviews (NRRs), Network Test Plans (NTPs), and Network Simulation Plans (NSPs), as well as developing and maintaining a Concept of Operations (CONOPs) Architecture Design Document (CADD). The contractor will also participate in design reviews, provide engineering analysis of network upgrades, lead integrated analysis of anomalies, and support technical meetings. The period of performance is from the award date through October 31, 2024.
