About this file
This document is an Addendum 3 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) for a Computer Aided Dispatch and Mobile Data System. The addendum provides answers to questions submitted by bidders regarding the project scope and requirements. NSP will not extend the due date for proposals, which are due on July 22, 2024 at 2 p.m. CST. The addendum clarifies that NSP is seeking a detailed project plan and deliverable schedule from bidders, including milestones such as software installation, training, data conversion, and go-live. NSP requires 7 years of historical incident and premise data to be converted from the legacy system.
The related state and local contract opportunity states that the resulting contract may not be exclusive, as NSP reserves the right to contract for similar services from other sources in the future. While the document does not provide specifics on pricing terms, funding sources, or incumbent contractors, it does outline the general scope of the project, which is for a Computer Aided Dispatch and Mobile Data System for the Nebraska State Patrol.
