| The link listed here is the same link |
for uploading files for Questions and the Intent to Bid document.
However, when I uploaded my questions and my Intent to Bid, the only thing on the screen is to “ Upload documents”. There is not a submit button and it and it does not provide a means of entering contact information/email address as the instructions indicate in the RFP.
This concerns me because how will I receive confirmation that my bid has been received before the July 22nd deadline and that I have uploaded correctly?
I am using Chrome as my browser.
Once bid documents have been electronically uploaded to the link, bidders will receive an email detailing a “Bid Received” response using the contact information listed on the Notification of Intent to Submit Proposal (Form B).
If a bidder has not submitted the Notification of Intent to Submit Proposal by July 18, 2024 they would not be eligible to submit a bid.
This addendum will be incorporated into the solicitation.
