About this file
This document is an Army Data Requirements List (ADRL) for the Engineering and Configuration Control Document (ECCD) related to the LASSO (Low Altitude Stalking and Striking Ordnance) program. The ECCD manages and tracks changes to LASSO deliverables, processes, and documentation, ensuring consistency throughout its lifecycle. Key aspects include document control, version control, change management, approval processes, communication, centralized repository, and access control.
The document specifies detailed submission requirements for configuration changes, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECPs), and Requests for Variance (RFV). The contractor must electronically submit these documents to the IPPT for concurrence, including a tolerance analysis as backup data. The government will have 15 business days to review and provide comments or approval, and the contractor must resubmit updated versions within 10 business days if comments are received. Documents must be compatible with Windows and Microsoft Office 2016 products, and contain a Distribution Statement D, limiting distribution to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD Vendors only.
