INSTRUCTIONS: Lead Court Security Officers or District Supervisors must submit completed Form CSO-002 reports by the 10th day of each month. A separate CSO-002 must be submitted for each site that conducts screening. CSO-002s must be labeled using the following format: CSO-002_Dist# and site code_6-digit date using the last day of the submission month. (ie: CSO-002_Dist52A_013121)

1. All illegal items must be confiscated and require a CSO-003 Incident Report to be completed.
2. CSOs must contact the JSI when an illegally carried weapon/item is encountered. All seized items must be turned over to a Deputy Marshal per the CSO contract. The USMS will investigate and determine if the subject will be charged/cited.
3. "Other" items will be detailed in the remarks section below.
