Approximately 21,925 square feet/1973 meters square of secured space (where RRB personnel must be present at the time of cleaning) has been designated by the tenant and will be identified after contract award.

NOTE: The building information contained in the preceding paragraphs in no way modifies the Provision FAR 52.237 - I, Site Visit. Figures are estimates only. Offerors are responsible for verifying dimensions and quantities. The Facility Manager will provide access to assignment drawings and/or blueprints.

1) There MAY be vacant space in the building, Offerors should verify any vacant space in the building. However, the offer submitted should reflect the costs to clean the space as though the vacant space were occupied as general office space. If any space is unoccupied, the contractor will be advised prior to the effective date. See Section III.B.4.a.1), Space.

2) Entrances, lobbies, and main corridors are normally defined as those corridors located on the first or ground floor of a building or those that serve as primary entrance or exit areas. High volume traffic areas, i.e., corridors adjacent to large cafeterias, are identified as main corridors. Hard floor area does not include the restroom floors.
