About this file
This is a Past Performance Questionnaire for a Hospital Communications Support solicitation (RFQHT001426QE033) issued by the Defense Health Agency for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). The questionnaire is a template designed to evaluate contractor experience and capability in providing non-personal services supporting hospital communications functions and executive secretariat operations. Respondents must demonstrate relevant past performance on similar communications support contracts, including experience with hospital or medical facility communications departments, executive support services, personnel management, and related administrative functions.
The questionnaire requires contractors to provide detailed information about previous contract performance, including project descriptions, client references, contract values, performance periods, and specific examples of work performed that align with the PWS requirements. Contractors must identify key personnel who performed similar work and provide evidence of their capability to manage communications operations, support executive-level functions, and deliver the full range of services specified in the Performance Work Statement, which includes personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and other necessary resources to support hospital communications and executive secretariat services.
