Formal Invitation

Pre-Solicitation Conference for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Uniform Commission Examiner Hotel

Occupancy for Conferencing and Lodging Support

Tuesday, March 31, 2026 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM CT (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET)

Location: Virtual via Microsoft (MS) Teams (MS Teams link will be provided to eligible Respondents via email)

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s (OCC’s), Office of Acquisition Management (AQM) cordially invites all large hotel representatives to participate in its presolicitation conference in support of ensuring transparency in its acquisition process and promoting competition among leading hotels offering on-site conferencing services and adequate lodging, meeting, and storage rooms. The HOCL presolicitation event is pitched to hotels registered in the System for Award Management asserted under the NAICS 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels.

The OCC anticipates a single award to the best value hotel conferencing and lodging space within a 25-mile radius of the international airports in Dallas, TX (DFW) or Chicago, IL (ORD) for hosting UCE NBE sessions three times annually for a period of 5 years, subject to the availability of funds. Additionally, the hotel must offer all audiovisual equipment, various room configurations for participants, food, beverage, and direct high-speed internet service, business center services, and a dedicated space for shredding. The pre-solicitation conference follows a timed, high-impact agenda focused on the acquisition lifecycle planning phase, HOCL scope of work and services, and recent lessons learned from historical hotel conferencing procurement.

The agenda will have time slated for questions and answers between industry and Government, as well as to receive comments regarding specific requirements, deliverables, and the overall acquisition process. See the agenda below and draft solicitation documents for specific details.

Hotels are encouraged to offer subcontracting opportunities or a form of teaming arrangement where possible, as a commercial plan will be required at time of formal solicitation close. If a hotel property is interested in participating in this event, complete and return the HOCL Presolicitation Industry Conference Registration Attachment to Anethra.Facione@occ.treas.gov and Preregister @ OCC HOCL Presolicitation Conference by 3:00 PM ET on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Consideration in participating in this event will be greatly appreciated!
