About this file

This is a Certificate of Data Return and/or Destruction form for federal contract solicitation 2031JW26Q00037, issued in March 2026 by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The form serves as a template for contractors to certify compliance with data handling requirements upon contract completion or termination.

The certificate requires an authorized representative of the Data Recipient to certify that all OCC-provided data files, in their entirety, have been submitted for destruction and that all electronic files have been deleted from the contractor's systems. The destruction must comply with industry best practices and prevent any retrieval or reconstruction of data. The form specifies that backup information will automatically rewrite within 30 days and all copies will cease to exist in any production or non-production environment. No data files or portions thereof may be retained unless expressly authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer. The certificate includes signature lines for the Data Custodian, Project Title, Principal Investigator Name, and OCC Representative, along with corresponding dates, and contains a blank table for listing specific data file descriptions and corresponding years.
