Pricing is structured on a firm-fixed-price basis with separate line items for business/audiovisual/technology equipment, food and beverage, and conferencing/meeting and lodging rooms across each contract period, with optional concession items subject to negotiation at award. The RFQ follows FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial products and services and FAR 13.5 simplified acquisition procedures, with quotation packages due by 12:00 PM ET on April XX, 2026, submitted electronically via email. Evaluation will occur in two phases: Phase One assessing technical capability, past performance, and key personnel on a go/no-go basis (with past performance rated on confidence levels), and Phase Two evaluating site visit performance and price, with award made to the quoter offering overall best value to the Government.
