About this file
This is a Nonsegregated Facilities Certification form required by the Kenton County Airport Board for the 2026 Fall Protection Systems Installation project at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The certification document establishes compliance requirements for bidders participating in this federally-assisted construction project, which encompasses three independent bid packages: Storm Water Treatment Plant fall protection components, T3 Parking Deck fall protection systems, and Concourse A Roof fall protection systems. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Centre Administrative Offices in Erlanger, Kentucky. Written questions must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Friday, April 3, 2026, with answers posted by Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Sealed bids must be received electronically by Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm, with no late submissions accepted unless extended by addendum. The project requires a one-year installation warranty following final acceptance.
All bidders must certify that they do not maintain or provide segregated facilities for employees and will not permit employees to perform services at locations where segregated facilities are maintained. This certification applies to waiting rooms, work areas, restrooms, restaurants, time clocks, locker rooms, transportation, and housing facilities that would be segregated based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Contractors receiving federally-assisted construction contract awards exceeding $10,000 must obtain identical certifications from proposed subcontractors prior to subcontract award and retain these certifications in their files. The certification requires the bidding contractor's authorized representative to sign and date the form, providing the contractor's name, business address, and IRS Employer Identification Number. False statements in the certification are subject to penalties prescribed under 18 U.S.C. Section 1001.
