About this file
This is an instructional guide issued by the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) in Kentucky for vendors participating in the 2026 Fall Protection Systems Installation project. The project involves three bid packages: Storm Water Treatment Plant Fall Protection Components & Confined Space Equipment (Bid Package 1), T3 Parking Deck Fall Protection Components (Bid Package 2), and Concourse A Roof Fall Protection Components (Bid Package 3). A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Centre, Admin. Offices, 77 Comair Blvd., Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. All vendors must pre-register for the meeting using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance. Written questions are due by 11:59 pm on Friday, April 3, 2026, with answers posted no later than Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Sealed bids must be submitted by Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm, with no late submissions accepted unless an addendum extends the deadline. Bidders may submit proposals for any or all three packages.
The guide specifies that each individual attending the pre-bid meeting must personally complete the RSVP process through OpenGov, even when multiple representatives from the same company are attending. Company administrators must first add attendees to their OpenGov account, after which each attendee must individually log in and mark themselves as "Attending" for the specific meeting. The RSVP requirement ensures KCAB can conduct necessary security clearances prior to the site visit and arrange adequate transportation. Attendees may remove their RSVP if they subsequently determine they cannot attend. OpenGov's online Help Center provides additional detailed instructions for account setup and system navigation.

Kenton County Airport Board Instructional Guide for Vendors to RSVP to PreBid/PreProposal Meetings
KCAB requires all attendees for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Properly completing this RSVP process ensures that KCAB can perform all required security clearances prior to the site visit and ensures that adequate transportation is arranged.
The person attending the meeting must be the one to RSVP so that we have an accurate list of attendee names.
This document is being provided as a brief overview of the RSVP process. Bidders are encouraged to review the online Help Center provided by OpenGov, accessible at this link:
https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more in depth instructions pertaining to accounts and system navigation.
Adding users to your account
Admin is available for users with an admin role, and it allows them to add and disable users as part of their company account. An admin for your company must add every individual who is attending the meeting.
Then the individual attending the meeting must complete the RSVP. Multiple people from the same company can register, but each must complete the RSVP individually.
