About this file
This briefing document provides an overview of the Multi-Function Support Services solicitation N6945023R0075 issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The solicitation seeks to award an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity facilities support contract for services including custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, and pavement clearance at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia and surrounding areas. The contract would have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, not to exceed five years total. The combination contract would include both recurring firm-fixed-price work and non-recurring indefinite delivery indefinite quantity work ordered via task orders. Proposals are due on December 13, 2023 and will be evaluated on technical factors, past performance, and price using a best value tradeoff methodology. The site visit briefing provides schedules and instructions for an in-person pre-proposal site visit on December 6, 2023.
