text: 1. The contractor shall maintain a Secret Facility Clearance throughout the contract.

2. DOD 5220.22M, Contractor personnel shall have favorable, adjudicated Secret security clearance based on a (TIER3) investigation. Contractor (FSO) shall provide security training to cleared employees by initial briefing (including a classified information non-disclosure agreement (SF-312), annual refresher briefings and debriefings.

3. Cleared personnel are required to perform this service because visual or aural access to classified information cannot be precluded by escorting personnel. Any classification guidance will be provided by the using activity.

4. All program specific security guidance will be available on site as needed and will not be provided to the company since the work will be for unclassified services to utilities and facilities within the Restricted Area.

5. Clause 52.204-2, Security Requirements, is properly included in this contract.
