This amendment to solicitation N69450-21-R-0022 modifies the request for proposal for design-bid-build construction of an F-35A flight simulator facility and F-35A squadron operations facility at NAS Fort Worth JRB, Texas.
The amendment changes the proposal submission date from April 20, 2021 to April 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM EDT. The price and non-price proposals must now be submitted separately as PDFs under 10MB by email to the points of contact provided, with the subject line "N69450-21-R-0022." Evaluation will be based on technical approach, experience, past performance, safety, and small business utilization.
The projects include demolition of existing buildings and site work, followed by construction of a 20,000 square foot flight simulator building and 33,729 square foot squadron operations/aircraft maintenance building. The secured simulator portion will house four full mission simulators per intelligence community standards.
