About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation N6833526R1027 (FMS Requirement), issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey on April 16, 2026. The amendment is not extending the deadline for proposal receipt.

The amendment replaces the Technical Data Package (Attachment 3) to Revision A, which includes updated drawings for the Sling and Pilot/Co-Pilot Seat. It also provides government responses to three vendor questions regarding proposal formatting requirements: proposals must use letter-sized (8-1/2 X 11") pages with single spacing and one-inch margins on all sides; cover pages do not count toward the overall page limit, though a 10-page limit is recommended for the Technical section; and Microsoft Office 2025 is acceptable in addition to Microsoft Word 2016, with signed documents submitted as fully searchable PDF files. The solicitation is for production and delivery of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for CH-53K Aircraft under a Firm Fixed Price contract, set aside 100% for small businesses. All offerors must possess current DD Form 2345 certification and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 to access the export-controlled technical data package and remain eligible for award. The government will verify CMMC Level 2 status in the Supplier Performance Risk System prior to release of controlled unclassified information materials. Offerors must obtain access to the CUI drawing package and provide proof of destruction of all export control data following proposal submission. Contract Specialist Juan Carlos Belmonte can be reached at (240) 572-6863 or juancarlos.r.belmonte.civ@us.navy.mil.
