About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation N6833526R1027 (FMS Requirement), issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, effective 08 April 2026. The amendment attaches two past performance evaluation documents to Section J: Attachment L-1 Past Performance Questionnaire and Attachment L-2 Table PP-1 Past Performance Contract Data.
The underlying solicitation is a firm-fixed-price Request for Proposal for the production and delivery of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for the CH-53K Aircraft for both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) platforms. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. All offerors must possess a current certified DD Form 2345 to access the build-to-print technical drawings, which are export-controlled and owned by the Government. Critical eligibility requirements include obtaining a current and valid CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification prior to award to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) materials, as mandated by DFARS 252.204-7025. Offerors must submit proof of CMMC Level 2 certification and a valid DD Form 2345 to be eligible for award. Subcontractors processing, storing, or transmitting FCI or CUI must also possess the required CMMC level prior to subcontract award. Non-successful offerors are required to destroy all export control data upon completion of proposal development. The contract specialist point of contact is Juan Carlos Belmonte, reachable at (240) 572-6863 or juancarlos.r.belmonte.civ@us.navy.mil.
