About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) appendix specifying a single data item requirement for CH-53K helicopter organizational-level support equipment.
The requirement mandates delivery of calibration certifications (Data Item A005) for all end items manufactured under the contract. Each item must be accompanied by a certificate of calibration traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and delivered in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Certificates shall be placed in plastic pouches and attached to corresponding end items prior to DD-250 submission to the Government. Additionally, a copy of all certificates for each end article must be submitted separately to the CH-53K Support Equipment Engineer. Government final inspection and acceptance of all production units must occur at the destination by a Government representative prior to DD-250 issuance. The distribution statement is classified as Distribution Statement D, limiting distribution to DoD and DoD contractors only, with other U.S. requests referred to Code BL22100. All certificates should be delivered to the point of contact: Ed Ceralde, CH-53K SE Engineering, at (732) 323-4664 or edward.v.ceralde.civ@us.navy.mil. The data item is sourced from SOW Paragraph 3.2 and is required as needed (AS REQ frequency) with submission upon DD-250 acceptance.
