About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for construction services. The solicitation is for the demolition and replacement of three antiquated earth-covered munitions storage igloos at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The replacement igloos will provide 6,000 square feet of 7-bar rated munitions storage space utilizing conventional design and construction methods. The work includes both design-bid-build and design-build components, with design-bid-build for the munitions storage magazines and design-build for supporting facilities, site improvements, and utilities. The Navy is the contracting agency. The estimated cost range is $5-10 million. Offerors must provide pricing for all contract line items by the response deadline of 2:00pm HST on the date specified in the solicitation. The selected contractor must begin work within 15 days of award and complete the project within 592 calendar days of the notice to proceed.
