About this file

This document provides details regarding an amendment to a solicitation and the related federal contract opportunity. The solicitation amendment revises the construction acceptance date from September 29, 2023 to December 30, 2023 and replaces a mechanical drawing. The related federal contract opportunity is for the FY22 MCAF P-83003/AJJY183003 project to demolish and replace three antiquated earth-covered munitions storage igloos at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The replacement igloos will provide 6,000 square feet of 7-bar rated munitions storage utilizing conventional design and construction methods. The project includes both design-bid-build and design-build work, with the munitions storage magazines generally completed under design-bid-build and supporting facilities, site improvements and utilities under design-build. The soliciting agency is the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
