About this file

This draft request for proposal and attachments provide requirements for a planned maintenance interval contract for V-22 aircraft. The Navy seeks maintenance and repair services to be performed at Naval Air Facility Atsugi in Japan. Interested vendors must register for an upcoming pre-proposal conference by February 11th to receive additional instructions. Registration submittals must include base access requests and documentation for any non-Japanese personnel. The documents outline occupational safety, health, and environmental provisions the contractor must follow, including developing an industrial safety plan and reporting any incidents or injuries. Contractors must also promote an accident prevention program and address safety issues. The opportunity is scheduled to be awarded in 2020 to provide maintenance support for V-22 aircraft.
