DRAFT RFP N62649-20-R-0032
Attachment (5) 11 February 2020
Attachment (5): Repairable Items Process For V-22 Integrated Maintenance Concept (IMC) Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI)
This Attachment is the place holder that will be used to document the Repairable Items Process for part ordering and retrograde turn-in for Cognizance (COG) 7R and 3B(D) coded functional parts or other designated repairable items such as engines. This attachment will be completed after award of the ID/IQC.
Each MAC awardee will have a Repairable Items Process uniquely tailored to the Contractor's circumstances and further tailored within each task order.
There is not a list of “typical” COG 7R, 3B(D) or designated Repairable Items/Parts for the V-22 Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI). All V-22 parts can be found in the NAVAIR V-22 PMI Specification section 1-4 and subsections therein. The documents listed will include the COG coding for all parts.
The Repairable Items Process will include a part ordering and retrograde turn-in processes. At a minimum, this process will articulate the handshake between the Contractor, FRC WESTPAC Production Department, FRC WESTPAC Supply Department, and the USMC squadron that will be involved, what each entity will do, and the anticipated timeline for each action.
[To be completed upon contract award.]
