About this file
This document contains an attachment to a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Global Contingency Construction services. The Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Command seeks to award multiple IDIQ contracts for construction, repair, alteration, and new construction projects located worldwide on an urgent or emergent basis in support of contingency operations. Offerors must complete a project data sheet detailing past experience on at least five relevant construction projects as a prime contractor or subcontractor, including award and completion dates, location, description of work performed, and percentage of work self-performed. Awards will be made to responsible offerors whose proposals meet the solicitation requirements and offer a fair and reasonable price. The period of performance is one base year with four optional one-year ordering periods. Task orders will be fixed price, cost plus, or hybrid.
