NOTE 1: For each project listed in Factor 1 (Corporate Experience), provide the DUNS number of the entity that performed the work relied upon to demonstrate corporate experience (i.e. the DUNS number under which the firm performed for the project presented). Do not use the DUNS number that the offeror is using under the proposed contract, unless the project was performed by the offeror under the same DUNS number as the entity submitting the proposal. If the project submitted was performed as a subcontract, provide the subcontractor DUNS number that performed the project and not the DUNS number of the prime contractor.
