With the current page limitation, if an Offeror only provides the minimum of 1 citation, they will have several more pages for their technical response than an Offeror that provides the maximum of 5 and vice versa Will the Government consider allocating a separate page count, outside of the 40 pages, for the Corporate Experience? Suggest 25 pages for the Section to allow an offeror that is providing the maximum of 5 contracts the space to clearly demonstrate relevancy?

This will allow all Offerors the same opportunity to be able to demonstrate how each citation is relevant without hindering a complete approach to all technical factors within separate page count allocations, which therefore allows for a fairer competition.
