NAVFAC Atlantic Solicitation N6247018R30006 specifically stated that the Government's MAXIMO is not available for the Contractor's use as a work management system. In the case of NRL is the Contractor permitted to use the NAVFAC MAXIMO to manage all maintenance management activities?
Please advise.
