“Normal Operating Hours” are the hours during which the TS/E is available for Government use. The normal operating hours are found in Paragraph 3.0 of the Attachments along with the Scheduling

Requirements (if any), Notes (if any), and the Task Numbers.

A Government Scheduled Utilization (GSU), otherwise referred to as a training schedule, may occur within the Operating Window. Changes to the training schedule must be provided to the Contracting

Representative (COR) and Contractor with a minimum 24-hour advance notice. Unscheduled use times within the Operating Window may be used for maintenance activities if approved by the COR.

The TS/E “Operating Window” or “Normal Operating Hours” may be shifted forward or backward by as much as four (4) hours from the hours listed in the Attachments by giving 24-hours advance notice by the COR.

The hours outside of the Operating Window are available for maintenance activities.

2.3 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY (GFP). GFP consists of training system and equipment unique tools and test equipment, unique spare and repair parts, publications and technical data, consumables, and software media. Inventory listings of these items are available at each training system and equipment location.

These inventory lists are intended to identify the items of GFP expected to be placed in the custody of the

Contractor for the term of the contract in support of the performance of its contractual responsibilities.

The lists are materially accurate, though some items of necessity will change prior to turning over said assets to the Contractor.

Specific inventories of all GFP, physically verified by the Government and Contractor, shall be formally turned over to the Contractor on or about the CSD for a given TS/E, for which the Contractor shall sign for and accept their custody. These inventories shall reflect both the existence and condition of these assets, and shall become the baseline inventory and the standard against which the Contractor is measured when the GFP is returned to the Government.
