About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0005) to a federal solicitation for the SERE Parking Lot Expansion project at Camp Lejeune. The amendment addresses seven contractor questions regarding project details, including clarifications about the footbridge alignment, sidewalk grading, existing utility lines, lighting pole specifications, and tree clearing limits. Key points include confirming the 130'-6" bridge length, specifying that the new footbridge must be installed southwest of an existing liquid propane gas line, establishing light pole height at 30', and defining a tree canopy clearing area of 18'. The geotechnical report is attached, and the time and date for proposal receipt remains 1300 on 6 August 2025. The amendment emphasizes that discharging excess soil into wetlands is prohibited and that the contractor is responsible for surveying and locating all utilities in the project area.
