About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) for the SERE Parking Lot Expansion project at Camp Lejeune. Amendment 0002, issued by NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic on 07/23/25, updates instructions for the footbridge/sidewalk realignment, specifically requiring the contractor to realign the footbridge for a more direct path from the parking lot expansion to an existing turnstile. The new concrete sidewalk will be installed on the parking lot side (site layout points PT38 to PT36) and extend across wetlands, with the contractor responsible for necessary surveying to accomplish the timber footbridge/sidewalk realignment.

The solicitation remains open with the time and date for receipt of proposals unchanged at 1300, 6 August 2025. The amendment applies to solicitation N40085-25-R-9012 for the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command, with the project number 25-0703. Contractors are required to acknowledge this amendment when submitting proposals, with failure to do so potentially resulting in proposal rejection.
