About this file

This document is a comprehensive Excel-based Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELIN) attachment for a vertical transportation equipment (VTE) maintenance services contract (Solicitation #N4008525R2576) issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The contract covers maintenance, repair, installation, inspection, testing, and certification of vertical transportation equipment across multiple Navy facilities, including Naval Station Great Lakes, Captain James A. The contract is structured with recurring and non-recurring work items across a base year and four option years, with detailed line items for different service categories such as emergency service orders, situational arrest service orders, urgent service orders, routine service orders, and corrective maintenance service orders. The document breaks down service requirements for five specific locations: CNIC (Commander, Navy Installations Command), Federal Health Care Center, Marine Force Reserves, Navy Lodge, and Navy Gateway Inn & Suites. Each location has specific quantities and descriptions for various maintenance and inspection services, with pricing to be determined by unit rates for labor hours, materials, and specific service order types. The total contract encompasses 61 vertical transportation equipment units across multiple buildings, with services ranging from monthly preventative maintenance to periodic and annual inspections and certifications.
