About this file

This document is a specification for work restrictions from the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) MID-ATLANTIC, detailing complex construction phasing requirements. The project involves multiple construction phases with a total duration of 1,996 calendar days, including a preconstruction phase of 161 days, Phase 1 of 170 days, Phase 2 spanning 970 days with Subphases 2A and 2B, and Phase 3 encompassing nine Fire Protection subphases over 687 calendar days. Additional project components include 42 calendar days for final site work and 84 calendar days for project closeout. The Beneficial Occupancy Dates (BOD) are carefully sequenced, with specific timelines for each phase and subphase calculated from the notice to proceed, requiring precise coordination and scheduling across multiple construction stages.
