About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) table for a federal contract related to long-term operation, maintenance, and monitoring of a Biosparge System at Zones 1 & 2. The Q&A covers multiple technical aspects of the project, including requirements for monthly O&M site visits, annual groundwater sampling, waste management, and documentation. Key details include confirmation that the contractor is responsible for supplying monitoring well equipment, performing monthly biosparge O&M visits in October, conducting annual sampling events, managing waste (including LNAPL) disposal, and monitoring field parameters such as temperature, pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, ORP, and turbidity. The document also indicates that the contractor should review and update existing operations manuals and sampling plans as needed during the course of operations.
