HISTORICAL DATA CONTRACT STAFFING
Based on historical experience, the following personnel distribution satisfied permit requirements regulators have imposed at various sites.
NDW WNY: 0.85 FTE (Supply Tech) and 1 FTE: 0.85 (HM Handler).
NDW Carderock: 0.25 FTE (Supply Tech) and 1 FTE: 0.25 (HM Handler).
NSA Bethesda: 0.85 FTE (Supply Tech) and 1 FTE: 0.85 (HM Handler).
Pentagon: 1.00 FTE (Supply Tech) and 1 FTE: 1.00 (HM Handler).
PAX: 4 FTE (Environmental Technicians) and 1 FTE (Hazardous Waste project manager). The Project Manager was a working supervisor with the same credentials as an Environmental Technician, in addition to those of a
Project Manager and was responsible for all the sites but physically located at PAX. All Environmental technicians at all sites were trained to handle hazardous wastes and certified to drive trucks with the wastes to the respective 90-day storage sites.
Webster: 1.5 FTE (Environmental Technician).
Solomon’s: 0.5 FTE (Environmental Technician).
Dahlgren: 1.5 FTE (Environmental Technician).
Indian Head: 2.5 FTE (Environmental Technician) and 1 Chemist. The Chemist served all sites but was physically stationed at Indian Head.

HISTORICAL DATA VEHICLE REQUIREMENT
The following vehicles have historically met the contract requirements.
WNY (includes NMIC, 8th & I, NOBSY, ASC, and Carderock): One (1) quarter ton truck equipped with a lift gate. One (1) 1ton lift gate trucks with scales. The scales were precise enough and calibrated as often as required in order to accurately measure disposal weights.
NSA Bethesda: One (1) one – ‘one-ton’ lift gate truck with scales precise enough and calibrated as often as required in order to accurately measure disposal weights.
Pentagon: One (1) one – ‘one-ton’ lift gate truck with scales precise enough and calibrated as often as required in order to accurately measure disposal weights.
PAX (includes Webster and Solomon’s): Two (2) ‘one-ton’ lift-gate trucks and two (2) ‘box’ truck.
Dahlgren: One (1) ‘one-ton’ lift-gate truck served the function of HW only.
IH & Stump Neck: One (1) ‘box’ lift-gate truck with scales precise enough and calibrated as often as required to accurately measure disposal weights. The contractor provided material handling equipment (MHE) certification for lift gates used at NSF Indian Head, Stump Neck, and NSF Dahlgren. NSF IH security staff had the final say on whether any vehicle met the requirements to enter the restricted area.
Annapolis: One (1) ‘one-ton’ lift-gate truck with scales precise enough and calibrated as often as required in order to accurately measure disposal weights.
