BID NOTES:
1. The Offeror shall provide a price for all items on the Price Schedule. The Government will evaluate offers based on the total evaluated price, which is the sum of CLINS 0001 through 0008.
2. A firm fixed proposed price is required for all CLINs. No provision is made for economic price adjustment.
3. Failure to enter a price for any of the CLINS will result in the proposal being rejected as unacceptable.
4. Options will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options. Evaluation of the Options will not obligate the Government to execute any or all of the Options.
5. The Government reserves the unilateral right to award CLINs 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, 0007, and/or 0008 to the Contractor at the proposed price within 365 calendar days after the contract award. Should the Government choose to exercise any of the options after award, the contract duration will remain the same.
6. The Government may reject an offer as nonresponsive if it is materially unbalanced as to prices for the basic requirement and the quantities. An offer is unbalanced when it is based on prices significantly less than cost for some work and prices, which are significantly overstated for other work.
7. The Offeror’s price is valid for 90 days from the receipt of proposals.
8. Total Contract duration is 730 calendar days after contract award.
9. If CLINs 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, 0007, and/or 0008 are exercised after award, additional bonding and consent of surety will be required. Consequently, the Performance Bond shall reflect 100 percent of the aggregate amount of all items.
10. For Sub-CLINS that require unit pricing, enter unit prices and extended totals in spaces provided. If there is a difference between a unit price and the extended total, the unit price will be recognized as the intended bid and the total will be recalculated accordingly. If an Offeror provides a total but fails to enter a unit price, the total divided by the specified quantity will be recognized as the intended unit price.
