Exportable Bridge Resource Management Team Training Course Simulator System Maintenance and Procurement of Third System.
Exportable Bridge Resource Management Simulator System Equipment:
1. CLIN 0004 - Exportable BRM Simulator Maintenance Contract for Three (3) Simulator Systems
a. Maintain the three (3) exportable BRM Simulators in working order. The simulator systems will be used by the BRM instructor’s onboard Military Sealift Command (MSC) ships and in ashore classrooms.
2. CLIN 0005 - Purchase 3rd Exportable BRM Simulator 3rd System and Upgrade Current BRM Systems

i. This system utilizes five (5) networked COTS high-end, gaming laptop personnel computers. These laptops feature a minimum 17-inch screen, Nvidia GTX graphics card, and a fast Intel I7 CPU with simulated throttle and helm. This system can be expanded or reduced in-scope depending on the final training requirements.

Maneuvering Team viii The training course and simulation system will provide training that focuses on an increase in human performance and to develop effective decision making during shipboard restricted maneuvering evolutions, underway emergency procedures, and underway special evolutions.
b. The Contractor shall upgrade the current two (2) BRM systems to support the V-Ship 9.2 program licenses.
c. The Contractor shall provide a 3rd Exportable Bridge Resource Management Simulator system with the upgraded hardware and software specifications to support the General Dynamics
Information technology (GDIT) V-Ship 9.2 System Program.
