About this file
This document outlines twelve key performance requirements for a federal contract to provide instructor personnel support and equipment maintenance for the Military Sealift Command's Underway Replenishment Training Center. The requirements address ensuring qualified instructors for scheduled courses, collecting and addressing student surveys, issuing completion certificates and notifications, conducting classroom and simulator training using required materials, maintaining inventory of government property, reviewing and updating curriculum, providing operational instructor computers, using subject matter experts as instructors who meet Navy high risk training qualifications, and fully complying with trafficking in persons prohibitions. Non-compliance with the performance thresholds, such as having instructors who are less than 100% qualified, could impact mission success. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number N3220522R4039 for MSC Underway Replenishment Training Center service, providing instructor support for in-house and exportable Military Sealift Command training courses at two Virginia locations.
