What area is intended to paint. Line 3.1.1 defines the work areas as the unpainted external hull however the rest of the work item calls for blasting and painting the underwater hull.
3.1.1 Unpainted external hull (between boot-top and Nova plate)?
7.6.1 Upon completion of exterior surface preparation and with approval by the Port Engineer/MSCREP to begin, apply the coating systems described in reference 2.1, tab 3e.
Intended area is unpainted external hull.

Conduct an internal examination of the extinguishers at intervals not to exceed those specified in NFPA 10.
NOTE: The extinguishing agent in liquid charge AFFF and FFFP extinguishers is to be replaced every 3 years and an internal exam is conducted at that time.
| When the inspection reveals any deficiency a condition report is to be submitted to the OMT REP with recommended repair and parts required using Enclosure 2.2.3 for guidance. |
